| Are your technicians employees or subcontractors? | Our technicians are employees and hired by us directly. We do not do subcontractual employees. |
| Do you background check your technicians? | Yes we do background checks, drug tests, and are RESPECTED Pros approved. |
| What cleaning method do you use — pressure washing or soft washing? | We do both where appropriate. With 15 years of experience we know the best techniques. |
| What exactly is included in a house wash? | Exterior Soft-Wash with Lemon Scent, Outside of gutters, Downspouts, Soffit, & Fascia Wash, Rinse Off Porches, & 12 Point Cleaning Checklist. |
| Do you clean gutters on the outside too? Do you offer gutter brightening? | We have two services: interior gutter cleaning and gutter whitening. Interior Gutter Cleaning – is flushing out debris in your clogged gutters. Leaves, sticks, etc. Gutter Whitening is an add on service for house washing and interior gutter cleaning – We’ll whiten your gutters by hand scrubbing them to remove stains. |
| Do you move outdoor furniture? | No, you will have to move them before our technicians come. |
| Do you protect plants and landscaping? | We try not to damage your plants, if it is movable please move them at least 12 feet away from your house. We rinse plants with water after washing the house. |
| Do you rinse windows after cleaning? | We do and we also have a window scrubbing service that offers a higher level of cleanliness. |
| How long does the service take? | Depends on the size of your property. House Washing usually takes 1 hour to an hour and a half. |
| Do I need to be home? | Yes, we require someone to be home preferably the one who booked the service. We’ll need a signature after the service to insure our quality control. |
| Will it remove black streaks or green algae completely? | We’re very good at what we do and most of the time we can get your property looking great. The technician will discuss what will and will not come off before your service. |
| How do you price your services? | Based on square footage and how tall it is. We can usually measure this easily using Google Earth. |
| Do you offer package discounts? | We do. Book 2 service for 5% discount, 3 services for 10% discount and 4 services or more of 15% discount. 5% for Veteran/Military discount. |
| How long will it stay clean? | Our algaecides will remove and prevent future growth for some time. It really depends on location and the amount of sunlight the property gets. Some people are good for 3 or 4 years between washes. We recommend having it done at least every two years and gutter cleaning every 6 months. We personally wash and wax our house every year so it stays spotless! |
| Do you offer maintenance plans? | Yes we do. We offer an Annual Maintenance Plan for our House Washing to lock in your price for the next 3 years. |
| How long is my estimate valid? | (Quote for Residential Washing is valid until the end of the season – before winter. New quote will be given for next year – Price increases yearly.)Commercial Quote is valid for 6 Months. |
| What happens if it rains? | Light Rains won’t affect our cleaning, it actually helps it. If the weather is extreme – Heavy Rains, Thunderstorms, Gusty Winds, Scorching Sun etc. We call you on the day to reschedule or move the time within the day. |
| What time will technicians arrive? | We schedule you on a time range in consideration with the drive time from one job to the other as well as the time spent on each job. We aim to arrive on the time range provided during your booking. Technicians will reach out before they come to your house and you’ll receive an automated On The Way text. |
| Do you require a deposit? | For residential we require 20% deposit and a card on file. For Commercial, it’s 10%. |
